    --One partial gallon of milk, in the silver two door reach-in cooler, observed with an expiration sell by date of 1/7/14. PIC discarded the product during the inspection.

    --master containers and food storage containers stored directly on the floor WITHin the walk-in freezer, rather than 6-inches off of the floor as required. Correct immediately.
  • Backflow Prevention Device when Required, Backflow Prevention Device on Carbonator (46.823(d)(e))
    --The utility mop sink has a hose line connection that is lacking a backflow prevention device as required.
  • Handwashing Facility - Handwash Cleanser, Hand Drying, Signage, Handwash Aids or Devices Use Restriction (46.941(b)-(e))
    --Soap and appropriate signage were not available at the handwash sink in the kitchen area. Correct immediately.
