    --Observed the blade and guard in the deli has old encrusted food. Observed the blades for the meat tenderizer has old encrusted food. Meat Dept Observed the blade for the slicer in meat dept has old encrusted food.

    --Observed there is a hole in the floor in the deli dept. leaving raw exposed concrete.
  • Light Bulb Protective Shielding (46.922(a))
    --Observed the light shield in the deli dept. is busted.
  • Outer Openings Protected, Exterior Walls & Roofs Protective Barrier (46.922(e)(f))
    --Observed there is a gap along the bottom of the loading dock door approx 2 inch on the right side of the door.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --Observed 3 ceiling tile missing in the meat dept. also the ceiling tile above the meat saw was cut and there is material hanging above the saw.
