    --Observed the handle for the hot water valve is broken and you cannot turn the hot water on to wash your hands.
  • Outer Openings Protected, Exterior Walls & Roofs Protective Barrier (46.922(e)(f))
    --Observed the door for the basement is rotten along the bottom leaving holes for the entrance of vermin. Observed approx. 20 mouse droppings in the basement which is filled with old copper, which can be a harborage area.
