    --Partial half gallon of fluid milk used for drink mixers at bar had a sell by date of 5/9/14. Discarded during inspection.
  • Toilet Rooms Enclosed & Self-Closing Doors (46.922(d))
    --Owner still has not installed the self closing door hardware on both restroom doors. Correct immediately so the UPS guy quits complaining to me.
  • Handwashing Facility - Handwash Cleanser, Hand Drying, Signage, Handwash Aids or Devices Use Restriction (46.941(b)-(e))
    --Still no holder / dispenser for the paper towels at / near the kitchen handwash sink. As discussed, a bungy cord on the wire rack shelving would work as a holder.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --Build up of slime / mold on interior of floor sink (drain) by bar sink, ice bin, ice machine. Clean as needed.
  • 3 C.S, 6501-6510 (FEC)
    --Food facility operator failed to post an original, valid Food Employee Certification in a location conspicuous to the consumer. Owner has not found, has not posted a certificate for at least one employee, by now the previous certificate is probably expired, course information given for owner's immediate attention.
