    --The following locations need cleaning: * under the preparation line (across from the cook line)
  • Materials, Design, Construction & Installation of Storage Areas & Waste Receptacles (46.881)
    --Spilled grain observed on the ground near the dumpsters and side doors observed open. Keep the ground clean and lids/doors closed to prevent insect/rodent attraction to the facility.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --An email chain was forwarded during the inspection showing that facility staff have been working with the property manager in correcting the water leak from outside in the mill room. The email chain indicated that a crack was found that is likely where water is entering the building. The property manager has scheduled someone to evaluate and correct the problem for tomorrow morning. Provide an update regarding this issue to dcaprio@chesco.org within one week.
  • Certified Food Manager (CFM)
    --It was reported that Tim Andrews' Certified Food Manager application has been forwarded to Iron Hill Corporate for payment processing. CCHD Code §303.1 and §303.2 The certificate issued to the Certified Food Manager by the Licensor shall be posted in view of the consumer in the food facility in which the Certified Food Manager is employed and working as a regular, full-time position.
