    --Meat room employees are pouring chicken juices into the floor drain and there is an off condition odor in the meat room, During this visit manager had them pour bleach into the drains to cut down on this smell and they will do this periodically in the future to prevent this smell from happening again.
  • Cleanability of Floors, Walls, & Ceilings (46.921)
    --Wall beside the fryer in the deli has a build up of grease debris on it.
