    --An open employee's beverage container was observed on the storage table in the prep area. The cup was removed from the table.

    --Old food residue on the interior surfaces of the popcorn hopper. The hopper was removed and placed in the sink for cleaning. *Old food residue on the serving trays on top of the ice machine and dust on the pizza peel on top of the refrigerator. The trays and pizza peel were placed in the sink for cleaning.
  • Frequency of Cleaning Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.714)
    --Old food residue on the bottom of the Franklin Chef freezer, where ice cream lids are stored. *Old food residue on the bottom of the pretzel warmer, under the coils.
