    --Observed the portable fan has a heavy build up of dust.

    --Observed the temp. measuring gauges for the temp. dishmachine are not working the wash cycle is only reaching 144 and the final is 124*. The unit needs to operate according to the data spec. plate. T-Stick indicates unit is operating at correct surface temp. of 165*.
