All items have benn above 41*F for an undetermined amount of time. All products were voluntarily disposed due to time / temperature abuse.
- Cooling, Heating, & Holding Capacities (46.611)
--Assorted refrigeration units including walk in colers, stand up refrigerators, bain maries and low boy refrigeration units are all in the temperature range between 54*F and 60*F ambient air temperature. Units were emptied of potentially hazardous foods and compromised fods were voluntarily disposed due to time / temperature abuse.
