    --Observed facility does not have test strips to monitor the concentration of a quaternary ammonia based sanitizing at the manufactures recommendation.
  • Lighting Intensity (46.943)
    --Observed the light intensity in the food preparation area is only 25 foot candles not at least 50 foot candles in the food prep area. The overhead flourescent lights do not have bulbs in them and two small lights have been installed which do not meet lighting requirements.
