    --Observed food boxes stored directly on the floor of the walk-in freezer, rather than 6 inches off of the floor as required.
  • Accuracy of Pressure Measuring Devices on Mechanical Warewashing Equipment (46.563)
    --Pressure measuring device for the water supply line for hot water sanitizing in the mechanical ware-washing equipment [Meiko DV80-2 unit] is not visible / available to determine of pressure range of 15-25 psi. Manual states on page 5 that pressure should be ranged from 0.6-5.0 bars. Pressure indicating gauge could not be accessed / found to determine pressure in PSI.
