    --Observed dust residue on wall and pipe behind wood on floor near walk-in cooler. And 1-1/4----1/2" length live gray insect crawling on floor in front of wood. Owner will obtain a secure container and change to selling wood from OUTSIDE the store in that container. Also noted :brown residue accumulation on wall to left of cappuccino machine, dirt accumulation on 2 rugs on floor by entry to store(but owner removed these rugs and put down clean rugs during inspection), dust accumulation on 3 ceiling ventilation panels, dirt accumulation on bottom of door to walk-in cooler, and brown residue accumulation on floor of walk-in cooler. Please clean these areas by 6/27/14. Recommended:cleaning schedule listing how often each area is to be cleaned and record when it is cleaned.
