--Generally, the basement is cluttered. There is equipment, seating, building supplies, and various non-food service items stored throughout. Boxes of single-service ware, beer, stored directly on the floor. Generally this place needs organized, cleaned, and improvements in organization.
- Surface Characteristics of Indoor Areas of Food Facilities (46.901)
--Some standing water in a small remote area of the basement (near the stored, unused three bowl). There is extensive clutter in this area, and unable to determine the source of that water.
