    --Door exteriors and handles of the cold hold make table need cleaned to remove the food residue. Unit cleaned during the time of the inspection, thank you.
  • Light Bulb Protective Shielding (46.922(a))
    --Two (2) fluorescent tube lights in the food prep area are not shielded or shatter resistant, as required. Lights and covers were removed for the new roof installation. Light covers located, facility to clean and install.
  • Insect Control Device Design & Installation (46.922(c))
    --Fly strip installed above wash section of the three-compartment sink with potential to contaminate food, equipment, and/or utensils. PIC removed to back entrance area when instructed, thank you.
