    --Noted the temperature of the food in the ice chest was 50*F. Product was in walk in cooler with a temperature of 39*F one hour prior to this time. All product was moved back to walk in cooler during this inspection. Corrected on site.
  • Surface Characteristics of Outdoor Areas of Food Facilities (46.902)
    --Outdoor area of food facility is grass / dirt and not a material to prevent dust and mud. Cover ground before next day of operation.
