    --The mechanical dishwasher is broken and cannot be repaired. The fire dept will either install a new dishwasher or 3-bay sink. Note: Unit was not in use. Equipment is temporarily being washed rinsed and sanitized in 2-bay sink (with extra tub). Submit action plan for purchase and installation of warewashing equipment. Per submitted rec. 10/31/14 a 3-bay sink will be installed by 12/1/2014.
