    --Backflow prentor not provided on mop sink to which a section of hose is attached for filling mop bucket. Install the needed bib device immediately, the hose was on too tight to remove during inspection.
  • Controlling Pests, Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and Pests (46.981(k)(l))
    --Small brown moth like insects, webbing, and insect larvae found on retail shelving in the rice section. PIC removed all rice from sale, cleaned the shelving and will contact their pest control official of the problem.
