    --Temperature measuring devices for ensuring proper temperatures in all mechanically refrigerated units not located to measure the warmest part of the equipment. Currently, all air gauge thermometers are hung from the fan guards, which is the coldest part of the unit. Correct as needed.
  • Food Shall Be Safe, Unadulterated & Honestly Presented (46.201)
    --One (1) 5-LB bag of all-purpose flour offered for retail sale had a tear in the bag, product was exposed. Product removed from retail sale, thank you.
  • Frequency of Cleaning Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.714)
    --Flour and sugar storage shelving in the retail sales floor area in need of cleaning to remove the food spillage. There is an unidentifiable sticky residue on the floor, emitting a foul smelling odor, in the stockroom by the utility mop sink. Clean as needed.
