--A food employee was observed touching celery (a ready to eat food) with bare hands. Regulations reviewed and food service gloves were implemented.
Chemical Sanitization for Mechanical or Manual Warewashing Equipment (46.674(d))
--Chlorine chemical sanitizer residual detected in the final sanitizer rinse cycle of the low temperature sanitizing dishwasher was 0 ppm and not 50-100 ppm as required. This was entirely due to the sanitizer bucket being empty. New sanitizer was set up and at last check the chlorine level was 100 ppm. Dishes and bar glasses were re-sanitized.

--Observed food splatter inside of the microwave. Cleaned during the inspection.
