    --All six (6) plastic light covers need to be cleaned to remove the numerous dead insects.
  • 3 Pa.C.S.A Secs. 6501-6510 (FEC)
    --Facility does not have an original, valid Food Employee Certificate posted as required. Previous inspection shows that Ross DiSalvo had a FEC that expired on 6/8/14. As discussed, the facility has 3 months to replace/employ a certified food handler.
