    --Temperature measuring device in the coffee creamer cooler is not calibrated and cooler thermometer was reading -15*F. Thermometer was calibrated and placed back in cooler.
  • Frequency of Cleaning Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.714)
    --Noted an old product build up on plastic trays in the walk in cooler under the drinks and milk jugs. Clean racks within 2 weeks. Noted a heavy dust build up on the fan guard in the kitchen area.
