    --FOOD IN ORIGINAL STEEL CAN §46.521.(a)(2) Several foods (Large Mustard Cans)were found stored in the walk-in cooler in their original steel cans. Once these cans are opened, they are prone to rusting and are thus not suitable for food storage. DISCARD ALL FOODS CURRENTLY STORED IN OPEN STEEL CANS

    --Hot line hoshizaki under counter refrigerator was held at 50 °F, rather than 41°F or below as required. Currently the facility is storing salad / serving plates in the unit. Please have unit serviced, in efforts to maintain 41 °F or below. All equipment must be deemed in good repair.
