--Hot line hoshizaki under counter refrigerator was held at 50 °F, rather than 41°F or below as required. Currently the facility is storing salad / serving plates in the unit. Please have unit serviced, in efforts to maintain 41 °F or below. All equipment must be deemed in good repair.
