    --Raw broccoli is chopped and then stored in cardboard shipping box which it was received in. Wash broccoli prior to chopping/preparing it and store in cleanable food grade container.

    --Tong being used to prep noodles is stored submerged in noodles in between uses. Store utensils with handle out of food.

    --Empty bowls are nested in chopped vegetables in baine marie. Do not nest bowls in food.

    --Pots and utensils are washed and rinsed but not sanitized at three-bay. Utensils and pots that are food contact surfaces must be washed in soap and water, rinsed in clean water, sanitized in bleach water solution and air dried.
