    --Scoop being stored in the ice machine with handle touching the ice. Scoop was removed and surrounding ice discarded.

    --Thermometer for ensuring proper temperatures of food is not available or readily accessible.
  • Equipment in Good Repair & Proper Adjustment (46.671)
    --Noted the ventilation hood in the kitchen is not running at all. The owner stated the motor is broken. DO NOT deep fry nor cook any greasy foods (i.e hamburgers) until the unit is repaired and drawing air as designed.

    --A Food Employee Certification is displayed, but the certificate for Elizabeth Newell expired on 9/15/13. Complete the 15 hour course and post a new certificate for an employee ASAP.
