    --Old food residue and grease on the table shelves, between the stove and rice cooker. *Old food residue and grease on the under side of the sink bays and on the side of the ice machine, opposite the prep table.

    --A metal can with no label, on the shelf above the baine marie, contains a white powder. The manager identified the contents, and placed it in a labeled plastic container with a lid.

    --Old food residue on some knives on the magnet on the wall above the 3 bay sink. The knives were placed at the dishwasher for cleaning.
