    --Water is being stored in an insecticide spray container. Do not re-use the sprayer bottle to store any food or water. Manager discarded the spray bottle.
  • Eating, Drinking or Using Tobacco (46.151(a))
    --Observed three open employee's beverage container in the food prep area in the kithcen. Open beverages are not allowed in the food prep area. Keep them covered with lid, away or under the prep table. Manager moved them from the prep area.
  • Food Storage Requirements & Prohibited Areas (46.321)
    --Observed personal belongings such as body spray, bags, paper with the to-go boxes, container of chili powder. Store personal belongings separate from the other items. Manager organized the area by separating the personal belongings.
  • Maintaining & Using a Handwashing Facility (46.825(a) & 46.981(h))
    --The back handwash sink was blocked by aprons and pieces of equipment and not accessible at all times for employee use. Remove these items. Do not store anything in the hand sink. Manager removed these items.
  • Cleanability of Floors, Walls, & Ceilings (46.921)
    --Observed holes in the wall in the three bay sink area. Seal these holes within a week.
  • Handwashing Facility - Handwash Cleanser, Hand Drying, Signage, Handwash Aids or Devices Use Restriction (46.941(b)-(e))
    --Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the kitchen. After hand washing, clean hands must be wiped with disposable paper towel. Ensure that there is paper towel in the hand sink at all times. Manager provided paper towel.
