    --Observed milk holding racks, in walk-in cooler self-service area, with an accumulation of dust, dirt, mold on non-food contact surfaces. Facility will increase the frequency of cleaning these racks
  • Maintaining & Using a Handwashing Facility (46.825(a) & 46.981(h))
    --The handwash sink in the kithen area was blocked by equipment and not accessible at all times for employee use. COS by removing equipment.
