    --Single-use take out containers stored upright in coffee grinding area observed catching debris from grinding operation. Containers should be stored inverted to prevent contamination.

    --Hose connected to faucet feeding dipper well in cafe extends into water in basin. An air gap by cutting hose above water level is required to prevent back siphonage in the event of a negative pressure situation in building.
