    --Food facility operator failed to post an original, valid Food Employee Certification in a location conspicuous to the consumer.

    --Water test was not available for review. Current water test must be available for review. A previous 9/25/14 report required immediate corrective actions. FAX immediately to 717-346-3229, for corrective actions.

    --Food facility hot water heater is not producing enough hot water to supply all sinks at the time of this inspection.
  • Cleanability of Floors, Walls, & Ceilings (46.921)
    --Observed cardboard being utilized as a floor covering. Old grease-laden cardboard was found under the duck-board mat, directly below fryer unit.
