    --Soda gun holsters have been fitted with drain lines. However, the soda holster drain line for the main soda gun at the downstairs bar is pitched incorrectly, allowing liquid to drain back into the soda gun holster. Reroute the drain line to allow for proper drainage and keep the soda guns and holsters in clean/sanitary condition at all times. Follow the manufacturer's guidance for soaking overnight.
  • Materials, Design, Construction & Installation of Storage Areas & Waste Receptacles (46.881)
    --It was reported that the cleaning of the area around the grease drum has been scheduled. Keep the outside waste area in clean condition to prevent the attraction of insects, rodents, etc.
