    --Deli meat and sandwich items were held at 48 °F, in the sandwich prep cooler, rather than 41°F or below as required. At 12:00 noon cooler temperature was 38*F on cooler temperature log. All product was moved to an acceptable location during this inspection.
  • Time as a Public Health Control for Potentially Hazardous Foods (46.385(c))
    --Noted brewed tea was being served for more than one day after brewing As required in the Pa Retail Tea Guideline, tea may be served for 8 hours after brewing. Corrected on site
  • Food Storage Requirements & Prohibited Areas (46.321)
    --Noted jars of food and single service items being stored under the drain of the sink in the deli area.
  • Equipment in Good Repair & Proper Adjustment (46.671)
    --Loose rubber door gaskets observed on the sandwich prep cooling unit.
