    --Half baked pizzas (8) delivered at 11:45 am were held at 80°F, on top of the ice machine, rather than 41°F or below as required. All pizzas must be stored in the Coca Cola single door refrigerator within 30 - 45 minutes after delivery. The pizza Sauce and cheese is a potentially hazardous food and therefor must be held at 41 °F or below. Andrea stated she will talk to staff to ensure compliance. Inform all staff and enforce through managerial team.
  • Repair & Cleaning Various Premises, Structures, Attachments & Fixtures (46.981(a)-(c)(g)(n))
    --The cooking exhaust hood observed clean and in good working condition, however the hood cleaning records indicate the hood was last cleaned August 2012. Please provide a recent cleaning sticker on the cooking hood to comply.
