    --Employees explained that at times they receive fresh shellfish, which they sell to the end consumer. The last order of fresh shellfish was delivered a month ago and shellstock tags were not available for review. Employees explained that they do not save the shellstock tags for the required 90 days. When selling fresh shellfish to the end consumer, retain the shellstock tags for at least 90 days.
