    --Food, such as cheese and sauce, located in the baine marie next to the cooking line is not being maintained at or below 41 degrees F. Food that was out of temperature for more than 4 hours was discarded. All other food was moved into another unit.
  • Cooling, Heating, & Holding Capacities (46.611)
    --The baine marie next to the cooking line is not capable of maintaining food temperatures at or below 41 degrees F. Service this unit. Do not use this unit to store food requiring refrigeration until it can maintain food temperatures at or below 41 degrees F.
  • Maintaining & Using a Handwashing Facility (46.825(a) & 46.981(h))
    --Utensils were observed in the hand sink. Do not use the hand sink to store or wash utensils or equipment. Wash, rinse and sanitize all dirty dishes at the 3-bay sink and use the hand sink for hand washing only.
  • Outer Openings Protected, Exterior Walls & Roofs Protective Barrier (46.922(e)(f))
    --There is a gap under the emergency exit door. Install a door sweep at this door to seal the gap and prevent rodent entry.
  • Controlling Pests, Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and Pests (46.981(k)(l))
    --Live roaches were observed on a glue board under the 3-bay sink. Take appropriate action to eliminate the roaches such as: sealing all gaps in the facility, checking incoming deliveries for roach activity, daily cleaning of food debris and working with the contracted pest control operator. Continue professional extermination to twice weekly.

The place is a friendly place for a quick bite. Staff is good, service is good as well. The food is good and they have affordable prices. The waiting time for dinning in is around 10-15 mins max. And for Delivery is around 45. When im in allentown and in craving pizza - Antonios Pizza is my go to place.

That owner is bad with costumer i went to visit and when i was eating in there that owner was talking loud and bad with employee
