    --Dead roaches were observed under the fryer and in the back room. Remove the dead roaches and clean under the fryer. Continue to take appropriate action to eliminate the roaches, such as: regular cleaning of food debris, checking incoming deliveries for pest activity, putting out glue traps and working with the contracted pest control operator. Continue professional extermination twice monthly until the roaches are eliminated.
