--Assorted food products stored directly on floor in both walk in cooler and freezer.

--Shelving on the interior of the two door Glenco reach in cooler are deteriorated with easily observable rust and corrosion.

--Both cutting blocks in the customer service area show deep knife score marks with only one side being used. The obverse side is not being flipped over for even use.

--There is an accumulation of spilled food products, dropped utensils, containers etc. observed on the floor under both sides of the hot line. Door seal gaskets on the two door bain marie in the customer service area show a build up of spilled food and black mold. Some old product on floor under the base of some of the Seco shelving in the walk in cooler.
