    --Ambient in Victory refrigerator on right side of serving line = 46*F. Agent's thermometer detected an ambient of 50*F in that unit. Internal of Ranch dressing in that unit = 50*F. That and 1 turkey sandwich were only TCS foods in that unit. They had been moved there from 40*F walk-in in past 1.5 hrs. And were moved BACK to a 40*F unit during inspection. This unit will not be used for TCS foods unless it can hold them at 41*F or less. Please check temperature in this unit daily.
