--The three compartment sink that is installed is full of assorted items. This sink should be cleared of all materials and be available at all times to be used for wash, rinse, and sanitizing procedure with approved sanitizing solutions.

--There are large wall surfce holes where water pipes have been run to various locations. These holes are present in the hand washing sink area, on the wall leading out of the room where the 3 compartment sink is located and in the bathroom wall. All of these holes are to be patched and made to be smooth and easily cleanable.

--Food facility operator failed to post an original, valid PDA Food Employee Certification in a location conspicuous to the consumer.The food service operator is to keep the certificate posted at all times. If the employee can not produce the valid certificate from approved agency then he shall obtain certification within 30 days of the date of this inspection.

--The ceiling tile that is above the coffee service area is to be put in place. This is at the column that is near the food service area. Replace ceiling tile.
