Bad, the place used to be great. They had a great young chef there John. He was absolutely amazing. Food had never been better and honestly Better than restaurants. But the new managers Veronica and her husband and the co managers were terrible. They ran that place to ground , Veronica was the rudest most self centered person I had ever met. And she got rid of chef john. He was great and my parents had been there 10years. Don't watse your time with this place it's all just a money scheme. It's a revolving door for good people. They only want to keep scandalous crooks around.

The worst place to put a family member. Mangers are the worst Bob and Doreen they are hateful when it comes to management it’s a rotating door I moved my Dad out after 10 years they cannot find good mangers the are so mean & hateful they deny residents food at night raising the rent with no notice talking hateful to them yelling at staff and causing too much drama I attended one meeting that Mr. Robert Fries from the corp. office what a joke the big fat bald headed man in his polyester suite witch was two sizes to small was all about money he let us know he does not care about no one he is a rude cold hearted and has no respect for no one. we did not have this when Jim & Bonnie was Mangers at Ponder Creek there was peace & love it was a fantastic place to live, well managed, lots of laughter now under new management They have never offer assist living. starting price is 2000 per month I believe the mangers & the fat bald headed man from corp. is making money on the side off these seniors its so sad.
Don’t waste your time with resident relations they will tell you tell will help but when you put them on the spot they won’t help you they are a waste of money
