took about 30 minutes to get waited on, if it's shorts staffed... but manager will talk to you... to straighten things out... and try to get ya food out quicker next time.. great food.. just needs maybe an appetizer if it's gonna be awhile to get ya food to ya table... salsa and chips, or cheese sticks... or maybe a small ice cream or what ever as long as ya waiting... people are friendly... just make sure if you leave a tip... that you know also ... that they may take a tip when you pay too, took what little change I had left on me... and didn't even ask he was gonna do that... other than that not bad service...

We. Visited IHOP a group of 17. The first thing was it was for ever getting waited on. Then when ordering they were out of fries. Then after ordering we must have waited 1 hour or more. For the food. For one it wasn't exactly what I ordered mad then it was cold. The waitress asked me if I wanted them to heat it. No I don't want a heated hamburger nor was I going to wait another hour on fresh food. But they never did anything about it nor did they apologize .they totally ignored the fact. I know it was Christmas and yes they were busy but they should be prepared if they are going to be opened We were there for 3 hours. That's pretty bad especially if you have small children that are hungry. This was the second time in a week I had been to this same restaurant. The service nor the food was good.
