My name is Susan Scott, I ordered my food ahead of time
and went to the drive-up window to pick up my order, the
Young lady that waited on me was rude. I had my COVID
mask on, and she acted annoyed. She didn’t smile or even
Say thanks. I asked her if we got any bread sticks with my
order, she said no, and shut the window in my face. That is
the first time I have ever been at a Fazolis, and that will be
my last. It was the store in Zanesville, Ohio!

i was on my lunch hour and waited in the drive thru for 20+ minutes. If I could have gotten out of line I would have left.
