PIC stated floats will NOT be sold until establishment gets the equipment required to serve floats per food code. KDA_4_70211 - --No 3 vat sink on premise to wash, rinse, sanitize ice cream scoop used to make floats for consumers. No sanitizer on site. No strips for sanitizer on site. Ice cream scoop is not being sanitized before use. KDA_5_20411A - --No handwashing sink in establishment. Manager stated they have been serving ice cream floats to consumers and hand dipping ice cream. KDA_6_501111A - --7 live small flying insects in wet mop head in back of establishment. Fly strip by mop storage area. Employee was unaware of pest control company/frequency. KDA_6_50116 - --Mop stored in mop bucket, damp. Dirty mop water in another mop bucket in back area behind racks. KDA_8_30411A - --License not posted to consumer view. License was under counter, found by employee. KDA_Defacto - --Establishment does not have its own bathroom, but is 20 feet from the mall restroom, which patrons and employees can use. --ice cream frozen --Water at sink in establishment was 91F. A handsink is required to be 100F. The temperature required for a 3 vat sink is 110F.
