- KDA_3_30414B1 - --Wet wiping cloths stored on countertops in kitchen area, not in sanitizer buckets. COS placed in buckets.
- KDA_3_30511A1 - --Bottom shelf to shelving unit in walk in cooler holding boxes of raw pork is broken, allowing the boxes to sit right on the shelf on the floor, not 6 inches above.
- KDA_4_50111B - --Door seal to reach in cooler on north side of cookline is not intact.
- KDA_4_60111A - --Establishment reuses plastic containers to hold made on site BBQ sauce and baked beans. Old sticker residue is on the outside of the containers. Discussed removing old sticker residue with PIC. Can opener stored out for use in counter mounted holder in pit room with dried food debris on blade surface.
- KDA_4_60211E4 - --Interior of ice bin soiled with pink mildew buildup on divider plate. Interior of ice chute of consumer soda fountain soiled with mildew buildup.
