COS- PIC moved the containers back to the 3 vat for additional cleaning. KDA_6_20215A3 - --There is a 1/2 inch gap at the bottom center of the entrance door that faces Central street that is large enough to allow the entry of pests. KDA_6_50111 - --There is a hole in the wall at the bottom corner under the storage racks in the dry storage room. KDA_6_50112A - --There is old dried food debris inside the cabinet in the lobby. There is standing water/urine in the men's restroom under and around the urinal. KDA_6_50116 - --There were two wet mops with handles stored in the basin of the mop sink not allowed to properly air dry. KDA_Defacto - --3 vat not set up. PIC described process, QT test strips were provided. --liquid egg 43 (cold hold by grill) sliced turkey 42 (cold hold 1 on line) chicken 38 (reach in cooler 1 on line) chicken tenders 43 (reach in cooler 2 on line) philly meat 42 (upright reach in cooler) sausage patties 35 (upright reach in cooler 2) ham/egg 41 (walk in cooler) milk 40 (reach in cooler front) --marinara 177 (on grill) eggs 169 (hot hold on line) chili 167 (crockpot) --There is a pest control company contracted, no paperwork was provided. No activity. --There was a container of beef cooling in the walk in cooler for approximately 1.5 hours that measured at 45F. --Wiping cloth Chlorine measured at 100ppm, test strips provided.
