KDA_3_30212 - --There were containers (3) of unidentifiable products in the cabinets at the front counter without common names listed on the labels. PIC identified the products as sugar, ranch seasoning and buffalo seasoning.
KDA_4_60111A - --There was old food debris along the sides of 4 food storage containers stored on the clean utensil rack in the back. COS- PIC moved the containers back to the 3 vat for additional cleaning.
KDA_4_60211E4 - --There was old syrup residue build up along the back side of the soda dispensing nozzles of the self service soda unit in the lobby.
KDA_6_20215A3 - --There is a 1/2 inch gap at the bottom center of the entrance door that faces Central street that is large enough to allow the entry of pests.
KDA_6_50111 - --There is a hole in the wall at the bottom corner under the storage racks in the dry storage room.
KDA_6_50112A - --There is old dried food debris inside the cabinet in the lobby. There is standing water/urine in the men's restroom under and around the urinal.

No activity. --There was a container of beef cooling in the walk in cooler for approximately 1.5 hours that measured at 45F. --Wiping cloth Chlorine measured at 100ppm, test strips provided. The wiping cloths used for wiping to go cups were wet and stored in an empty container by the drive through window. Discussed using a clean dry towel with the PIC.
