  • KDA_3_30211A1b - --In the Traulsen RIC there were 2 cartons of raw hard shell eggs being stored directly on top of a plastic food grade container of ready to eat pasta salad. (Note: the pasta salad container had a lid and it was seal shut and there was no leakage from the eggs). COS-rearranged the items. In the True RIC there were 4 rolls of raw ground beef being stored in between boxes of cooked ready to eat smoked chicken and a box of ready to eat flour tortillas. COS-rearranged items.
  • KDA_3_50116A2 - --On the counter there were plastic food grade containers of cut salad at 57.3F, sliced tomatoes at 46.0F and shredded cheese at 51.2F. They have been sitting out less than 30 minutes. COS-placed items out on the salad bar.
  • KDA_4_60111A - --On a lower shelf across from the stove there were three (1/6) plastic food grade containers with stickers/residue left on them and stored clean. This can hold bacteria. COS-moved to the ware wash area. In a utensil drawer across from the stove there was one metal spatula with dried food debris on the food contact surface and stored clean. COS-moved to the ware wash area.
  • KDA_5_20515B - --The right faucet located at the 3 compartment sink leaks when water is supplied. The person in charge said they do not use the sink but will put a work order in.
