  • KDA_4_60111A - --On back shelf near 3 vat sink, plastic containers stored as clean with sticker residue and day dot stickers on surface. COS-Placed in 3 vat sink to rewash and sanitize. Repeat.
  • KDA_4_60111C - --Accumulation of red sauce and food debris build up on shelving in walk in cooler. At front counter facing preparation area, fan cover with accumulation of dust.
