KDA_6_50111 - --Water leak in dining area. PIC stated it is from an AC unit on the roof and they have plans with a roofer to get it fixed. Border tile in dish machine area is not intact and is coming away from the wall.
KDA_7_20111A - --2 bottles of hand sanitizer stored on shelf next to and touching box of gloves for use with food. COS moved
KDA_7_20111B - --Canisters of chafing gel stored in dry storage area (unused walk in cooler) on shelf over pans stored as clean. COS moved.
KDA_Defacto - --Ambient temp of reach in cooler in kitchen with milk, eggs, at 40F per IR thermometer. --Dish machine used to sanitize equipment for breakfast service. Weak amount of sanitizer in dish machine, but did turn the test strip a light purple color. Recommended to PIC to get sanitizer strength checked. --Strips in place for chlorine.
