Next to the reach in cooler,a large container with a plastic lid had white powder in it with out a common name. Employee said it was flour. COS-containers were labeled. KDA_3_40311D - --In the steamer, cream of asparagus soup was 108.6F. Employee said she placed it in the steamer frozen at 6AM. COS-soup was voluntarily discarded. Person in charge said they will start placing soup in the refrigerator the night before and heating on the grill. KDA_4_20211A2 - --The lid on the large flour container, is broke and cracked. KDA_4_30212A - --Employee could not locate a food thermometer. Person in charge said he will bring one. KDA_4_60111A - --The following items had sticker residue or stickers on them. Located on a shelf to the side of three compartment sink, one squeeze bottle, three square containers and one pitcher and two lids. The metal lid on the cream of asparagus soup. COS-all items were removed to two compartment sink. KDA_4_60212B - --The interior walls and ceiling of the microwave, have dried on food debris. Employee said she cleans it once a week. Educated on cleaning every 24 hours. KDA_4_90311A - --Sitting on the floor next to the two compartment sink, a case of single use food preparation gloves were on the floor. COS-items were moved off the floor. KDA_5_20511B - --There was a pitcher at the hand washing sink. COS-pitcher was removed. KDA_6_50112A - --The wall around the two compartment sink, has dirt and debris. KDA_7_10211 - --There were two spray bottles with a clear liquid in them, hanging from a steel container in the coffee making area. Employee said it was sanitizer. COS-this bottles were correctly labeled. KDA_7_20111A - --Sitting on the floor in front of the two compartment sink, a case of single serve gloves had a bottle of bleach on top of it. COS-gloves and bleach bottle were moved. KDA_7_20411 - --The sanitizing spray bottles had 0 PPM chlorine in them. Person in charge said, the chemicals at the two compartment sink were replaced a few ago. There was no hook up at the sink for sanitizer. COS-bottles were made with 50 PPM chlorine sanitizer. KDA_7_20711B - --The first aid kit that was stored over serving boards that were covered in brown paper for sandwiches, and boxes used to serve food, had a bottle of peroxide, eye lubricant and antacid tablets sitting on top where it could spill into the single serve items. COS-first aid kit was removed and put under a cabinet. KDA_8_30411A - --The current food license was not available or posted. KDA_Defacto - --Frozen food is frozen. --Make table reach in at the coffee making area, milk 42.5F. Ambient of two door reach in cooler 41.7F.
