Food was datemarked. At steam table, brown beans, refried beans and beef mix had no datemark. Person in charge said beans, refried beans and beef mix were made on Monday. Corrected on site. Beans and beef mix were datemarked. In walk in cooler, buckets of housemade mild, green and hot salsa, refried beans, and pork carnites had no datemark. Male employee stated Salsas were made Sunday and Monday 12/26 and 12/17 and carnitas were cooked yesterday morning. Corrected on site. Salsas and carnitas were datemarked.
