  • KDA_Defacto - --License not displayed because this is the licensing inspection. --RIC - ambient 40F Freezer - food solid --The sink they used for a "mop sink" is in the extra kitchen behind the one they are using. --They use a 3-tub method for wash/rinse/sanitize - the Variance for this was approved for the previous program (Newton Area Senior Center), and is transferred to this program per A. Inman.
